Overview
We seek a seasoned Account Director / Client Services & Delivery Lead who excels in a dynamic agency atmosphere. The person will act as the main strategic adviser to important clients and lead delivery across various accounts, ensuring efficient project management and top-quality results. This role bridges client leadership, delivery supervision, operational efficiency, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture executive-level client relationships, acting as their chief strategic consultant.
- Oversee delivery across several retainer accounts, from initial planning through to final execution.
- Coordinate diverse teams including Digital Marketing, SEO, Paid Media, Web Development, Design, Email, and CRM specialists.
- Control project scope, prioritize tasks, adhere to timelines and budgets, and allocate resources appropriately.
- Enhance internal processes and streamline operational workflows for improved efficiency.
- Maintain consistent quality standards across all client deliverables.
- Spot opportunities for account expansion and aid in client retention efforts.
- Collaborate with agency leadership to support and scale operational capabilities.
Requirements
- 5 to 10+ years of experience within digital marketing, advertising, or creative agencies.
- Proven track record in managing enterprise-level or mid-market client accounts.
- Experience leading cross-functional digital teams.
- Strong skills in project and delivery management.
- Outstanding capability in stakeholder management and executive communication.
- Comfort with discussing SEO, Paid Media, Content Marketing, Web Development, Email Marketing, and Analytics topics.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com, Jira, or equivalents.
- Willingness and ability to work during US Central Time business hours.
