Job description

Role overview

This position is a commercially focused leadership role covering key client accounts across Australasia. The role centres on strengthening partnerships, expanding demand, improving conversion, and contributing directly to revenue growth through collaboration with clients and hotel teams. It is well suited to someone who enjoys strategic relationship management, account expansion, and visible commercial ownership.

Key responsibilities

  • Take ownership of a portfolio of major accounts and develop strong, lasting client relationships supported by clear account plans.
  • Create new business opportunities while increasing revenue and share of business from current customers.
  • Work closely with hotel sales teams to assist with conversion activity and commercial negotiations.
  • Analyse market trends and performance data to inform account direction and broader business decisions.
  • Represent the business at industry functions and help strengthen its profile and reputation in the market.

Requirements

  • A degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality Management is required.
  • Substantial experience managing important accounts and generating new business in sales or commercial environments.
  • Demonstrated capability in negotiation, influence, and relationship building with clients.
  • Sound knowledge of revenue planning, forecasting, and commercial performance tracking.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, including confidence in representing multiple properties.
