Role overview
As an Accommodation Standards Team Member, you will help ensure guest accommodation is kept to a high standard and that any issues are handled quickly and effectively. The role focuses on a consistent first-time-right approach to support excellent guest experiences and help the department achieve its goals.
Location: Longford Forest, Ballymahon, County Longford, Ireland. Pay: €14.35 per hour.
Key duties
- Carry out Guest Ready Checks to confirm accommodation meets company standards.
- Record cleaning concerns and fix them where possible, or escalate them when required.
- Raise maintenance or property faults through the organisation’s fault reporting process.
- Work towards set targets for completed checks and guest satisfaction results.
Working pattern
This is a part-time position with shifts scheduled from 10:00am to 4:30pm on Mondays and Fridays. The contract guarantees a minimum of 48 hours across each 4-week period, and additional hours may be requested depending on operational needs. The role includes bank holidays, and Sunday hours attract a premium rate of pay.
