About the Program
Embark on a transformative career journey with the AGT Leopard Program, an intensive 12-month talent acceleration initiative by the Accommodation Business Group (ABG). This program is crafted to cultivate future leaders within the global travel sector, focusing on building expertise in business development for hotel accommodations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage hotel relationships and secure new partnership contracts in line with corporate strategy.
- Represent and promote Trip.com alongside its online reservation services to partner entities.
- Advise partners on strategic approaches to optimize their revenue through maintaining rate parity, ensuring availability, managing inventory, and driving commercial campaigns.
- Foster strong business relationships turning Trip.com into the preferred online travel agent platform for partners.
- Apply data-driven analysis and market research techniques to gain insights into market conditions and pinpoint potential growth opportunities.
Candidate Profile and Eligibility
- Holds a bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution.
- Fluent in English as a professional working language.
- Demonstrates a passionate commitment to the travel industry and aligns with Trip.com Group's culture and core values.
- Shows high adaptability, resilience, and mobility with readiness to relocate globally for career opportunities.
