Academic Counsellor (English & Tamil Voice Process)

Position Overview

Leadsense Media India Private Limited is seeking enthusiastic Academic Counsellors fluent in English and Tamil to join our expanding team in Chennai. This role focuses on guiding students who aspire to study abroad by assisting them through admissions and applications, fostering their academic success globally.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage incoming and outgoing student inquiries with professionalism.
• Guide candidates throughout the entire admission and application stages.
• Support students in document preparation, application submissions, and meeting eligibility criteria.
• Proactively follow up with prospects and convert potential leads into confirmed admissions.
• Provide precise details regarding courses, institutions, scholarships, and related career paths.
• Keep student records up-to-date and maintain database accuracy via CRM systems.
• Meet admission targets contributing to overall team objectives.

Work Schedule

The role requires working Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with half-day shifts on Saturdays and Sundays off consistently.
