Key responsibilities

• Handle basic risk and credit tasks for assigned transactions while following the applicable frameworks and operating principles across ABHFL business lines.
• Consult senior team members whenever needed and gather technical as well as state- or property-related inputs to assess individual cases more effectively.
• Coordinate with legal, technical, and other verification vendors for legal-technical checks and for resolving clarifications in complex cases.
• Track bounce rates and keep them within the defined threshold levels.
• Carry out risk operations in a way that supports business performance while still meeting risk management requirements.
• Work closely with Credit Processing Analysts to ensure case files are logged correctly before credit operations are started.
• Follow process-based coordination with Sales and Operations teams to support decision-making and problem-solving in line with business and risk priorities, and escalate to the RCM when needed.
• Manage external vendors effectively so that report quality and turnaround time remain on track.
• Monitor costs carefully and keep them within the approved budget.
• Record data accurately in the LOS and maintain strong documentation standards.
• Ensure post-disbursement documents are collected within the assigned timeline.
