Role Overview

The Operations, Industry & Domain Solutions team belongs to Deloitte's Technology and Transformation division, functioning as the link between strategy and tangible value delivery. As a graduate, you will contribute to diverse client projects spanning industries to enhance operational strategies and solutions that elevate organisational effectiveness and outcomes. This includes re-engineering processes, transforming operations, restructuring, and assisting in deploying advanced digital solutions such as AI-powered customer engagement platforms. While the Wellington team primarily collaborates with the Government and Public Sector, opportunities exist to explore various industries collectively with our nationwide team.

  • Hourua Pae Rau – Māori Services: Enhancing cultural capability and equity, focusing on Māori and Pacific communities and broader social determinants of health.

Typical Daily Activities

  • Analyzing business data to uncover challenges and opportunities for enhancement.
  • Participating in client discussions to gather requirements, report findings, and update progress.
  • Collaborating across consulting disciplines to deliver comprehensive client solutions.
  • Integrating with client teams and occasionally working onsite as required.
  • Attending practical training and workshops to develop core technical and interpersonal skills.
