About the Division

Our Investment Banking & Capital Markets division delivers comprehensive advisory and financing solutions to major corporations, financial institutions, governments, agencies, and financial sponsors. We leverage specialized knowledge by sector, country, and region to partner closely with clients, providing services that include mergers and acquisitions, restructuring advisory, equity and debt capital markets, and structured equity transactions across the US, Europe, and Asia Pacific.

Intern Role and Experience

Interns gain exposure to our business from multiple perspectives, offering a career advantage. Your involvement will span daily operations and special projects, contributing innovative ideas to support clients’ strategic and financial objectives. Experience across various industry and product domains will be provided through tasks such as company evaluations, M&A modeling, industry research for pitches, and participation in executing live transactions.

Candidate Profile and Eligibility

We seek intelligent, adaptable individuals with strong communication skills from diverse academic backgrounds. While numeracy skills benefit some roles, a formal degree in mathematics or finance is not mandatory given comprehensive training is included.
