About MD Real Estate
MD Real Estate is a well-established real estate brokerage firm based in Abu Dhabi, specializing in property sales, leasing, management, and investment advisory services.
Role Overview
We are seeking a technically proficient Zoho CRM Specialist to manage, develop, and optimize our Zoho One platform, handling both front-end and back-end tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and administer Zoho CRM along with Zoho One applications.
- Design and implement workflows, automations, blueprints, and custom functions.
- Develop solutions using Deluge scripting and additional programming languages.
- Oversee APIs, webhooks, and third-party system integrations.
- Integrate Zoho CRM with websites, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and WhatsApp platforms.
- Create and manage dashboards and reports via Zoho Analytics.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to system functionality, data integrity, and integrations.
- Administer user roles, permissions, and ensure the maintenance of data quality.
- Train team members and maintain thorough documentation of CRM processes.
Key Requirements
- Demonstrated experience with Zoho CRM and Zoho One platforms.
- Strong proficiency in Deluge scripting, APIs, webhooks, and CRM-related automation.
- Familiarity with Zoho Analytics, Zoho Flow, and Zoho Creator.
- Excellent technical problem-solving abilities.
- Capability to independently manage the full Zoho ecosystem.
- Experience in UAE real estate sector is a plus.

This position is technical/programming focused and is not intended for candidates who only possess basic CRM user skills.
