Role Overview
This working student position supports operations platform activities, especially around productivity reporting, data preparation, and coordination of program tracking across countries. The role is designed for structured, repeatable tasks that can be learned quickly and carried out with a high degree of independence.
Start Date, Duration, and Working Hours
The planned start date is 01.09.2026. The assignment is intended to last 12 to 24 months. Working time is 20 hours per week, with the possibility of increasing up to 37.5 hours per week during the lecture-free period.
Key Work Areas
The role is centered on two main areas: productivity reporting and data preparation, as well as program tracking and coordination support for initiatives such as Twin Store.
- Prepare, clean, and organize data for productivity dashboards, including inputs for Excel and Power BI.
- Compile monthly KPI reporting across countries and support the creation of monthly KPI decks and dashboards.
- Track productivity measures such as CFTE and execution productivity.
- Monitor store and country performance, including benchmarking within the Twin Store program.
- Maintain ongoing reporting for platform KPIs and QBRs.
- Keep tracking files up to date, including action plans and store-level KPI records.
- Check whether data from finance, operations, and dashboards matches consistently.
- Prepare standard slide decks and presentation templates for reporting.
- Track action plan progress for lower-performing stores across countries.
- Follow up with country teams to collect updates, inputs, and status changes.
- Summarize findings, identify risks or delays, and document conclusions.
- Prepare materials for meetings and follow-up calls.
- Capture and summarize best practices shared by different countries.
Profile and Qualifications
The ideal candidate is a Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Data, or Supply Chain. Candidates from the third semester onward are preferred.
Skills and Working Style
You should be comfortable working independently with limited supervision and have a strong analytical, organized, and proactive approach. Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills are important, along with the ability to communicate clearly when following up with countries and stakeholders. Fluency in English is required; German is not needed.
The role suits someone who is dependable, self-driven, and comfortable handling data and structured files without close day-to-day oversight.
