About the Company and Role

A well-established group based in Chattogram is looking for a skilled Visa Processing Officer to join their team on a full-time basis. The position requires extensive experience in managing visa applications, especially for Schengen countries, the USA, and Canada, providing travel-related assistance to the management, including flight bookings and ticketing.

Role Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete visa application cycle for Schengen, USA, and Canada visa categories.
• Conduct thorough reviews to ensure all supporting visa documents are accurate and complete.
• Communicate with embassies, consulates, and visa centers to monitor progress and resolve complications.
• Advise clients clearly on visa classifications, qualification criteria, and expected processing timelines.
• Keep abreast of updates and changes in visa regulations and requirements.
• Submit applications punctually, adhering to deadlines.
• Ensure strict confidentiality and compliance with privacy laws concerning client data.
• Maintain organized and comprehensive records of all visa submissions and correspondences.
• Manage domestic and international flight arrangements, including booking, ticket issuance, reissuance, and cancellations as directed by management and per airline protocols.
• Provide fare quotes, plan travel itineraries, and offer expert travel guidance to management.
• Monitor flights for schedule changes, seating availability, and fare adjustments proactively.
• Coordinate with airlines and travel service providers to fulfill special requirements and group travel bookings.
• Efficiently address any booking challenges, process refunds, and manage travel disruptions.

Candidate Requirements

• Professional experience ranging between 3 to 6 years in visa processing and travel coordination roles.
• Strong knowledge of visa application procedures, travel management, airline reservation systems, and visa regulations.
