Job Role and Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound calls related to US soft collections.
- Negotiate payment plans and confirm repayment arrangements with customers.
- Resolve customer queries and account issues efficiently.
- Apply strong problem-solving abilities while following process compliance standards.
- Maintain professional conduct under pressure and during stressful situations, ensuring consistent performance.
- Exhibit proficient communication, active listening, and comprehension skills to excel in this position.
Compensation and Work Schedule
- CTC: 51000 INR monthly; in-hand salary approximately 45800 INR including performance-linked incentives.
- Incentives available based on performance.
- Work schedule includes five working days per week.
- Rotational shifts aligned with US time zones.
- Rotational weekly offs are provided.
Eligibility and Application Details
- Minimum of one year experience in international voice process required.
- Graduation is not mandatory; both graduates and undergraduates can apply.
- Strong English communication skills are essential.
- Comfortable working in US rotational shifts.
- Candidates should bring a hard copy of their resume, educational certificates, and ID proof for the walk-in interview.
- Experienced applicants must also carry proof of prior work experience.
