Key Responsibilities
- Initiate new business opportunities through proactive outbound sales and lead generation activities.
- Establish and nurture strong partnerships with shippers and clients to maintain long-term relationships.
- Conduct negotiations on freight charges with both carriers and customers to achieve favorable terms.
- Oversee shipment coordination and guarantee on-time delivery of goods.
- Handle load bookings, manage necessary documentation, and maintain effective communication with customers.
- Address and resolve operational challenges promptly while ensuring outstanding customer service experience.
- Collaborate closely with carriers and cross-functional internal teams to facilitate smooth and efficient transportation workflows.
Requirements
- Previous experience in US Freight Brokerage, International Sales, Travel Sales, or International Voice Process roles is essential.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills to thrive in client interactions.
- Ability to perform well under pressure in a result-oriented, fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with US logistics and transportation sectors is a plus.
