About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Trainer specializing in the Personal Loan Sales Process to join our Operations and Training department in Pune. The candidate should have 1–2 years of relevant experience and a robust understanding of sales training, product insight, process coaching, and driving team improvement through effective instructional methods.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct induction and onboarding sessions for newly recruited employees.
- Deliver comprehensive training covering personal loan products, sales methodologies, objection handling techniques, compliance standards, and essential soft skills.
- Lead refresher training programs targeting quality and performance gaps among team members.
- Continuously monitor trainee progress and offer constructive coaching and feedback.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training through assessments such as tests, mock calls, and floor observations.
- Collaborate closely with Operations, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources teams to assess training needs accurately.
- Maintain meticulous records of training schedules, attendance, certifications, and generate relevant reports.
- Ensure that trainees achieve the required productivity and quality benchmarks before commencing live work.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Solid expertise in the Personal Loan Sales Process.
- Exceptional verbal communication and presentation capabilities.
- Strong skills in coaching, mentoring, and facilitation.
- Proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and training documentation tools.
- Capability to inspire and enhance sales team performance.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience as a Trainer within Personal Loan Sales domain (mandatory).
- Prior experience in BPO or BFSI sales domains is advantageous.

- Positive outlook paired with excellent interpersonal relations.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced settings and manage multiple training cohorts simultaneously.
Compensation
The remuneration package ranges from 22,000 to 25,000 INR monthly, aligning with competitive industry standards.
