Role Overview
We are seeking a Tender Bidding Executive for printing and solutions work in Bhilai, Chhattisgarh. This is a full-time on-site position for someone who can manage the complete online tendering cycle.
What the Job Involves
- Identify new tenders each day across GeM, CPPP, and similar procurement platforms.
- Prepare bid submissions and ensure they are filed within the required timelines.
- Assemble and review supporting documents so that every submission is accurate and complete.
- Work with internal teams to align pricing, technical details, and compliance requirements.
- Keep organized records of live bids, submitted proposals, and final outcomes.
Experience and Profile
The ideal candidate should bring 1 to 2 years of experience in tender bidding and should already be familiar with GeM or another e-procurement system. Strong command of MS Excel and MS Word is important, along with a careful, deadline-focused approach.
Location Preference
Applicants from Bhilai, Durg, or Raipur are preferred.
Compensation
Pay will be as per market standards.
