Overview

Cheekies Enterprise Pte Ltd seeks a diligent and organised Operations Executive to manage daily operational tasks at their Singapore location. This role is critical to accurate order fulfillment, efficient delivery coordination, inventory oversight, and ensuring outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shipment processes and fulfill customer orders precisely.
• Efficiently pack orders ensuring accuracy.
• Respond to customer inquiries across multiple sales platforms such as TikTok Shop, Shopify, WhatsApp, and Instagram.
• Lead and coordinate part-time workforce.
• Organise and manage daily delivery schedules in collaboration with logistics partners.
• Track inventory levels, conduct stock counts, and maintain precise inventory records.
• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and efficiency within the warehouse and packing zones.
• Enhance operational workflows to boost productivity and reduce errors.
• Support additional operational and administrative tasks as needed.

• Strong communication and customer service aptitude.
• Comfortable navigating computer systems and e-commerce platforms.

• Prior experience in operations, logistics, warehousing, or customer service is advantageous.

Work Schedule

• Workdays: Monday to Thursday and Saturday.
• Days off: Friday and Sunday.
