Overview
The Telesales Executive role involves actively boosting the company's income by contacting potential customers, presenting products or services over the phone, and negotiating successful sales. This position is ideal for individuals driven by targets who can efficiently manage customer objections, maintain detailed client databases, and finalize deals.
Core Responsibilities
- Generate leads and perform cold calls to both new prospects and existing clients utilizing provided call scripts.
- Deliver clear, persuasive presentations of product features, advantages, and pricing.
- Handle negotiations, resolve customer concerns, and close sales via telephone effectively.
- Maintain accurate records by logging call results, updating client information, and tracking follow-ups within CRM software.
- Consistently achieve or surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets individually and as part of the team.
- Provide basic post-sale assistance by answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and fostering lasting customer relationships for retention.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Educational background commonly includes a high school diploma; however, a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields is often favored.
- Demonstrable experience in telesales, telemarketing, or comparable sales roles involving direct customer interaction.
- Excellent oral communication skills, adept at active listening and persuasive negotiation.
- Working knowledge of telephone systems, Microsoft Office, and CRM platforms.
- Resilience to handle rejection, perform under stress, and maintain a positive, persistent attitude.
