Telecalling Executive

Job Overview

We are seeking a Telecalling Executive to join B & Y Technologies in Chennai. This role involves actively reaching out to potential customers to generate interest in our products and digital marketing services. You will play a crucial role in setting appointments for the Business Development team and maintaining smooth communication with clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to spark interest in our offerings.
• Clearly present company products and digital marketing solutions to potential customers.
• Schedule appointments for the sales team to facilitate lead conversion.
• Perform cold calls and follow-up communications to nurture leads effectively.
• Keep detailed records of calls, client information, and lead status within the system.
• Address client inquiries professionally, offering relevant information as needed.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients through effective communication.
• Collaborate with the sales department to manage leads and appointments efficiently.
• Strive to meet weekly and monthly call targets consistently.

Candidate Requirements

• At least 6 months of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer handling.
• Fluency in both Tamil and English languages is essential.
• Strong communication and persuasion abilities.
• Capability to professionally manage client queries.
• Goal-oriented attitude with a proactive approach.
• Basic computer literacy is preferred.

Compensation

The salary range for this full-time position is between 15000 and 20000 INR per month.
