Role Overview
As a Telecalling Executive at Angel Bricks, you will engage in both outgoing and incoming telephone communications with customers to promote products or services, generate sales leads, and support the sales team.
Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct telephonic outreach to potential and current customers.
- Handle inbound calls, addressing customer queries professionally and promptly.
- Clearly articulate details about the company's offerings to customers.
- Create new sales opportunities by generating leads for the sales department.
- Perform follow-ups related to customer purchases, appointments, and feedback collection.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and call logs.
- Work towards achieving benchmark daily and monthly targets on call volume and performance metrics.
