Role Overview
The Order Taking & Billing Executive is responsible for efficiently managing guest orders both online and offline, ensuring accurate billing and smooth communication with the restaurant team to enhance the guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately receive and process guest orders from various channels.
- Generate and handle guest bills reflecting correct charges based on orders.
- Collaborate closely with restaurant, kitchen, and service teams to guarantee prompt order fulfillment.
- Verify order specifics, special customer requests, and billing details prior to completing transactions.
- Address guest inquiries regarding orders, billing, and payment processes.
- Maintain seamless communication between guests and restaurant personnel to support a positive experience.
- Keep organized records of all orders, invoices, and payments.
Additional Information
Compensation ranges from 15,000 to 20,000 INR per month.
