Job Overview
This role is offered on behalf of a partner company seeking a skilled Technical Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Partner based in the United Kingdom. The position involves working independently while tapping into worldwide recruitment opportunities, enabling you to handle end-to-end hiring for technology, engineering, and business functions. Remote flexibility is provided along with a supportive recruitment network.
Responsibilities
- Handle full-cycle recruitment from candidate sourcing, screening, and evaluation to final hiring and placement.
- Comprehend client requirements and translate technical needs into strategic sourcing plans.
- Source, attract, and assess qualified candidates across technical and business roles.
- Conduct recruiting interviews to evaluate technical skills, experience, motivation, and availability.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams while maintaining effective communication.
- Develop and sustain long-term candidate relationships and talent pipelines.
- Submit high-quality candidate profiles that align with job and client demands.
- Collaborate with recruitment teams and stakeholders to enhance hiring success and efficiency.
- Manage multiple concurrent open roles while ensuring excellent candidate experience.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in technical recruitment, talent acquisition, or executive search fields.
- Strong expertise in sourcing using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean searches, and other recruitment tools.
- Experience recruiting for software engineering, AI, machine learning, cloud computing, DevOps, cybersecurity, data engineering, infrastructure, or product management roles.
- Solid understanding of technical profiles with the ability to accurately evaluate candidate suitability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong stakeholder management capability.
- Ability to juggle multiple recruitment assignments in a dynamic, fast-paced context.
- Self-driven and capable of working autonomously in a fully remote environment.
- Additional recruitment experience in healthcare, finance, sales, operations, manufacturing, logistics, or leadership roles is advantageous.
