Role overview
Panda works with rapidly growing technology startups across Europe and the United States as a headhunting partner. The company is launching its first office in central York and is looking to hire two Technical Recruiters for a hybrid setup, with about three days each week spent in the new York office and some flexibility around that schedule.
This position is focused entirely on candidates. The role involves market mapping, proactive sourcing of difficult-to-reach talent, and managing the full candidate journey from start to finish. There is no expectation of business development or client pitching.
