Role Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruiting process including job advertisements, reviewing candidates, organizing interviews, extending offers, and handling pre-employment steps
  • Act as the primary administrator and expert for the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring smooth operations, accurate reporting, and system improvements
  • Coordinate onboarding activities and be the main contact for new employees during their initial 90 days
  • Maintain recruiting, onboarding, and HR documentation with precision and confidentiality
  • Collaborate with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and HR teams to deliver a seamless experience for candidates and new employees
  • Support recruitment events, internship programs, employer branding, and talent pipeline development
  • Create recruitment reports, dashboards, and analytics, while identifying areas to enhance processes
  • Assist with HR projects, communication initiatives, and other Talent Acquisition and HR activities

Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience
  • At least three years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Operations, Human Resources, or HR Administration
  • Proven experience managing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and working with HR information systems (HRIS)
  • Exceptional organizational skills, keen attention to detail, strong analytical abilities, and effective communication
  • Capacity to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting while delivering excellent service
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
