About the role
In this position, you will help expand LaundryTO’s franchise network by finding and securing strong commercial sites for new outlets. The job involves researching markets, assessing whether a property is suitable, working with owners and brokers, and supporting lease discussions so new locations can be finalized smoothly.
What you'll do
- Search for promising commercial properties and narrow them down to the most suitable options.
- Visit sites and assess their feasibility for a franchise outlet.
- Study local demographics, nearby competition, ease of access, and likely customer demand.
- Liaise with landlords, brokers, and franchise partners throughout the process.
- Support negotiations on commercial terms and help bring lease agreements to closure.
- Keep an active list of potential sites and track market insights.
- Work closely with the Business Development and Expansion teams to help achieve growth goals.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in any field is required.
- Between 0 and 4 years of experience in site acquisition, retail expansion, real estate, or business development is preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation abilities are essential.
- You should be ready to travel frequently across locations.
Location
The role is based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, with pan-India travel expected.
