Site Acquisition Executive

About the role

In this position, you will help expand LaundryTO’s franchise network by finding and securing strong commercial sites for new outlets. The job involves researching markets, assessing whether a property is suitable, working with owners and brokers, and supporting lease discussions so new locations can be finalized smoothly.

What you'll do

• Search for promising commercial properties and narrow them down to the most suitable options.
• Visit sites and assess their feasibility for a franchise outlet.
• Study local demographics, nearby competition, ease of access, and likely customer demand.
• Liaise with landlords, brokers, and franchise partners throughout the process.
• Support negotiations on commercial terms and help bring lease agreements to closure.
• Keep an active list of potential sites and track market insights.
• Work closely with the Business Development and Expansion teams to help achieve growth goals.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in any field is required.
• Between 0 and 4 years of experience in site acquisition, retail expansion, real estate, or business development is preferred.
• Good communication and negotiation abilities are essential.
• You should be ready to travel frequently across locations.

Location

The role is based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, with pan-India travel expected.
