Focusing on expanding its presence in Nigeria as part of its African growth strategy, Workistry is seeking a highly motivated and well-connected Senior Recruiter to spearhead recruitment efforts and grow its network in the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and attract top recruiters and hiring personnel across Nigeria to join the Workistry platform.
• Establish and nurture strong partnerships with corporate clients and recruitment agencies to support talent acquisition initiatives.
• Design and implement strategies tailored to Nigeria for scaling the recruiter network effectively.
• Manage candidate sourcing, screening, and matching activities for collaborating employers.
• Act as the representative of Workistry at recruitment-related events, industry meetings, and conferences within Nigeria.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Possession of a bachelor's degree in any field.
• At least three years of recruiting experience within Nigeria, whether agency-based or in-house.
• A robust network encompassing hiring managers, HR professionals, or recruiters located in Nigeria.
• A history of delivering successful hiring outcomes across diverse industry sectors.
• Strong command of English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity and proficiency with digital recruitment tools, including applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn, and networking applications.

Compensation

The annual salary for this role is $35,000 USD.
