About Workistry and Role Overview
Workistry is a prominent global recruitment networking platform utilized by more than 10 million professionals worldwide. It seamlessly connects recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to enhance the efficacy and reach of professional networking without borders. Focusing on expanding its presence in Nigeria as part of its African growth strategy, Workistry is seeking a highly motivated and well-connected Senior Recruiter to spearhead recruitment efforts and grow its network in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and attract top recruiters and hiring personnel across Nigeria to join the Workistry platform.
- Establish and nurture strong partnerships with corporate clients and recruitment agencies to support talent acquisition initiatives.
- Design and implement strategies tailored to Nigeria for scaling the recruiter network effectively.
- Manage candidate sourcing, screening, and matching activities for collaborating employers.
- Act as the representative of Workistry at recruitment-related events, industry meetings, and conferences within Nigeria.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Possession of a bachelor's degree in any field.
- At least three years of recruiting experience within Nigeria, whether agency-based or in-house.
- A robust network encompassing hiring managers, HR professionals, or recruiters located in Nigeria.
- A history of delivering successful hiring outcomes across diverse industry sectors.
- Strong command of English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity and proficiency with digital recruitment tools, including applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn, and networking applications.
Compensation
The annual salary for this role is $35,000 USD.
