About the Role
Krishna Pearls and Jewellers is seeking a Senior HR Executive to manage various human resources functions at their Hyderabad location. This role involves overseeing recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, and compliance within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle the complete recruitment lifecycle and onboarding processes.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and manage day-to-day HR operations.
- Coordinate attendance, leave management, and payroll activities.
- Ensure statutory compliance concerning Provident Fund (PF), Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), and relevant labour laws.
- Manage performance appraisal processes and address employee relations.
- Maintain accurate HR documentation and prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports.
Candidate Requirements
- Must possess a graduate degree, with an MBA in HR being preferable.
- Have between 3 to 6 years of progressive experience in human resources, ideally within the jewellery or retail sectors.
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with HR operational processes.
Compensation
The monthly salary for this position ranges from INR 25,000 to INR 30,000.
