Senior HR Executive

About the Role

Krishna Pearls and Jewellers is seeking a Senior HR Executive to manage various human resources functions at their Hyderabad location. This role involves overseeing recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, and compliance within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle the complete recruitment lifecycle and onboarding processes.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and manage day-to-day HR operations.
• Coordinate attendance, leave management, and payroll activities.
• Ensure statutory compliance concerning Provident Fund (PF), Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), and relevant labour laws.
• Manage performance appraisal processes and address employee relations.
• Maintain accurate HR documentation and prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports.

Candidate Requirements

• Must possess a graduate degree, with an MBA in HR being preferable.
• Have between 3 to 6 years of progressive experience in human resources, ideally within the jewellery or retail sectors.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
• Demonstrate strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with HR operational processes.

Compensation

The monthly salary for this position ranges from INR 25,000 to INR 30,000.
