Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer who can expertly navigate across brand, print, and digital platforms. This role demands a high level of craftsmanship and precision, whether designing packaging dielines or creating compelling digital landing pages. The position primarily focuses on graphic design but also involves significant digital marketing elements, including asset creation, landing page support, and brand-centric web projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce production-ready graphic assets for both print and digital formats, such as packaging, brochures, welcome kits, POP/retail displays, and kiosk materials.
- Maintain a deep understanding of print production processes including bleed, dielines, color management, and collaborating effectively with vendors.
- Design marketing visuals, campaign graphics, banners, and promotional items that communicate brand strategy through digital channels.
- Provide design assistance for marketing landing pages and digital executions alongside the web team, ensuring brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Utilize AI-driven tools and visualization techniques for rapid prototyping of packaging and product concepts and prepare compelling visual presentations for internal review.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, design leads, and other team members while independently managing workload and delivering high-quality outputs without intensive supervision.
Required Qualifications
- At least 7 years of professional experience in graphic design covering both print and digital media with demonstrated leadership in brand asset creation.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a broad range of high-quality work in print and digital design.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Experienced user of Figma for collaborative design workflows.
- Comprehensive knowledge of print production and supplier coordination.
- Familiarity with digital design fundamentals such as responsive design, visual hierarchy, and marketing asset creation.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
- Highly self-motivated, detail-focused, and commercially aware.
Additional Preferred Skills
- Experience in health, wellness, telehealth sectors, or industries regulated by compliance standards.
- Skills in motion graphics and animation.
- Experience designing advertisements for paid social media platforms.
- Proficiency with Webflow web design platform.
- Knowledge of analytics tools to assess digital campaign performance.
