Role Overview

As a Graphic Designer with WX, you will develop captivating digital content for websites, social platforms, and marketing materials targeting a variety of clients. Your role involves translating concepts into visually attractive designs while collaborating extensively with our Brand Strategist, Developers, and Clients to maintain brand alignment and optimal user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Create visual elements for websites, social media, and sales support collateral.
• Collaborate on innovative ideas with Brand Strategist and clients.
• Set and uphold design standards and best practices.
• Test and enhance website designs focusing on user experience and conversion rate optimization.
• Ensure websites maintain consistent content standards and appearance.
• Present design ideas through user flows, process diagrams, sitemap layouts, and wireframes.
• Incorporate required functionalities and features into website designs.
• Design sample web pages with appropriate typography and color schemes.
• Prepare and deliver design presentations outlining the website architecture.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in graphic, web, or digital design with a strong digital portfolio.
• Proven experience in designing websites, social media visuals, sales assets, and marketing materials with brand consistency.
• Deep knowledge of UX/UI principles and responsive web design methodologies.
• Skilled in developing wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.
• Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Effective collaborator with clients, developers, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver superior design solutions.
• Expertise in branding, typography, layout, color theory, and visual design best practices.
• Exceptional attention to detail, creativity, and adept problem-solving skills.
• Excellent English communication skills to clearly articulate design rationale.
• Self-driven, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-moving, fully remote agency setup.
