Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior Customer Services Executive to join our team at Career Guideline for an international voice process based in Airoli, Mumbai. This role involves working in a dynamic environment with 24/7 rotational shifts and two rotational weekly offs.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage in international voice communications to provide exceptional customer service.
Candidate Requirements
- Completed HSC or graduation.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in international voice processes.
- Age up to 40 years.
- Quality standard: C2.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly salary ranging between INR 18,000 to 39,000 in hand.
- Additional travel allowance of INR 1,500 based on last drawn salary.
- Work location within the boundaries of Dadar to Kalyan East/Dombivli East, Airoli to Kharghar, Kurla to Kharghar, and Thane only from Ghodbandar to Hypercity.
- No Western line commute allowed.
- Two rotational days off per week.
