Senior Customer Services Executive

Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Customer Services Executive to join our team at Career Guideline for an international voice process based in Airoli, Mumbai. This role involves working in a dynamic environment with 24/7 rotational shifts and two rotational weekly offs.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage in international voice communications to provide exceptional customer service.

Candidate Requirements

• Completed HSC or graduation.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in international voice processes.
• Age up to 40 years.
• Quality standard: C2.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary ranging between INR 18,000 to 39,000 in hand.
• Additional travel allowance of INR 1,500 based on last drawn salary.
• Work location within the boundaries of Dadar to Kalyan East/Dombivli East, Airoli to Kharghar, Kurla to Kharghar, and Thane only from Ghodbandar to Hypercity.
• No Western line commute allowed.
• Two rotational days off per week.
