About the role

This position sits within a global sales operations function and supports teams across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas. The focus is on advanced analysis, data engineering basics, automation, and using AI to improve sales operations efficiency.

The working model is hybrid, so the role will be split between working from home and attending a LinkedIn office on selected days based on team and business requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Create, maintain, and structure SQL tables, schemas, and datasets that can support analytics at scale.
  • Develop and tune complex SQL queries, including joins, aggregations, and window functions, to handle large datasets efficiently.
  • Prepare dashboards and reporting outputs in Power BI and Excel to deliver sales insights to global stakeholders.
  • Automate workflows with Power Apps and the Power Platform.
  • Work with international stakeholders to bring consistency to reporting, planning, and sales operations processes.
  • Maintain strong data quality and governance across CRM platforms such as Salesforce and Dynamics.
  • Assist with forecasting, territory planning, and quota analysis on a global basis.
  • Look for ways to automate routine business-as-usual work through AI and low-code tools.
  • Use AI tools such as Copilot and LLMs to streamline reporting, analysis, and documentation tasks.
  • Apply AI to uncover patterns, generate insights, and suggest practical business actions.
  • Create AI-supported workflows for reporting and sales operations automation.
  • Keep evaluating emerging AI solutions to improve operational scale and efficiency.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in sales operations, analytics, or business operations.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL, including table creation and query optimisation.
  • Practical experience building dashboards in Power BI.
  • Exposure to CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Dynamics.
  • Prior experience working with global or distributed teams.
  • Experience with Power Apps or broader Power Platform automation is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Python or other scripting languages is an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and automation frameworks is preferred.
  • Background in SaaS or technology companies is preferred.
