About the Role
This is a fixed-term Sales Operations Analyst position supporting Sales Solutions for 12 months. The role is part of a global team working with stakeholders across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas, with a strong focus on analytics, data engineering basics, automation, and AI-enabled sales operations.
The working model is hybrid, so the role will be carried out partly from home and partly from a LinkedIn office on selected days, based on business needs. The position is based in Gurgaon, Haryana, India.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain SQL tables, schemas, and structured datasets that can scale with reporting and analytics needs.
- Build complex SQL logic, including joins, aggregations, and window functions, while improving query efficiency for large data volumes.
- Create dashboards and reporting outputs in Power BI and Excel to support global sales decision-making.
- Design and automate business workflows using Power Apps and the broader Power Platform.
- Work closely with international stakeholders to bring consistency to reporting, planning, and sales operations processes.
- Maintain data quality and governance across CRM platforms such as Salesforce and Dynamics.
- Assist with global forecasting, territory planning, and quota-related analysis.
- Spot opportunities to automate routine business-as-usual tasks with AI and low-code tools.
- Use AI tools such as Copilot and LLMs to streamline reporting, analysis, and documentation work.
- Apply AI to uncover patterns, generate insights, and suggest practical business actions.
- Develop AI-assisted workflows that improve sales operations and reporting efficiency.
- Continuously assess emerging AI tools that can improve scale and operational productivity.
Experience and Qualifications
The role asks for 4+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Analytics, or Business Operations.
Candidates should have hands-on experience with SQL, including table creation and query optimisation, along with dashboard development experience in Power BI. Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Dynamics is also required.
Experience working with globally distributed teams is important. Additional value will be given to candidates with Power Apps or Power Platform automation exposure, Python or scripting knowledge, experience using AI tools and automation frameworks, and a background in SaaS or technology companies.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, project coordination, analytical thinking, and problem-solving ability are preferred.
