Job description
About the Role
Join a global professional network that helps people make stronger connections, find meaningful opportunities, build new capabilities, and gain insights that support career growth. The organization also places strong emphasis on employee development and fostering a workplace culture grounded in trust, care, inclusion, and enjoyment.
This position is based in Dublin, Ireland and follows a hybrid working model, with time split between home and a company office depending on team and business needs.
Role Overview
The Regional Account Manager will support the Global Clients Program by developing and expanding relationships with key global customers. The role involves learning the full range of Talent Solutions offerings, understanding how customers use and value them, and recommending renewals and additional investments that align with client goals.
You will manage an assigned portfolio of current customers, participate in large centralized global contracts, and drive outbound activity across the long tail of accounts. Success in this role means helping global clients solve business and talent challenges while always keeping the customer’s best interest at the center of every recommendation.
Responsibilities
- Work jointly with the Global Client Director to create territory and strategic account plans.
- Use subject-matter knowledge across talent and learning products to guide customer conversations.
- Plan weekly priorities, meetings, and account activity so attention stays on the highest-value opportunities.
- Learn each customer’s business, goals, and priorities through structured discovery.
- Earn customer commitment for off-cycle growth opportunities, including new solutions, add-ons, and renewals.
- Strengthen relationships with economic buyers and advisors through valuable engagement such as training sessions and quarterly business reviews.
- Create tailored presentations and demonstrations based on the client’s stated objectives rather than generic needs.
- Maintain open, cooperative, and customer-centered communication with the global account team and clients.
- Finalize orders with the broader company investment strategy in mind and support product delivery and customer satisfaction after the contract is signed.
- Maintain strong sales discipline by keeping CRM records current and producing accurate forecasts.
First-Year Outcomes
- Exceed personal quota goals while showing how your work contributes to the wider account team’s success.
- Develop a strong understanding of complex global accounts and improve your ability to prioritize across multiple moving parts.
- Build stronger business judgment and learn how to deliver value in long-term partnerships and across the long tail of accounts.
Qualifications
Basic Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in customer-facing sales, account management, or relationship management roles with quota responsibility.
- Professional fluency in both English and Spanish.
Preferred Background
- Experience selling to executives such as EVPs and CXOs, as well as end users, within the same sales cycle and in both solo and team-selling environments.
- Practical experience with Excel and PowerPoint.
- Track record in solution selling to multinational customers with complex organizational structures.
- Experience winning new business while also managing existing accounts.
- Ability to handle complex requirements and shape custom solutions.
- Skill in turning data and insights into clear customer-facing narratives.
- Proven ability to create and execute plans and approach problems with solutions rather than product-first thinking.
- Strong spoken and written communication ability.
