Sales Advisor

Position Overview

The Sales Advisor role at H&M involves actively shaping an exceptional shopping experience. You will greet customers, assist them in navigating the store, and help them find the products that best suit their needs while highlighting our fashion offerings. Key Responsibilities

• Utilize your expertise in fashion and product knowledge to guide customers toward informed purchasing decisions.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure outstanding service is provided throughout the entire customer journey.
• Maintain an inviting, well-organized, and sufficiently stocked sales floor as well as back-of-house areas.
• Assist with the opening and closing procedures of the store as required.
• Consistently represent yourself and the H&M brand positively during all interactions with customers.

Collaborative Environment

H&M stores serve as the core interaction point where customers experience our brand firsthand. As a valued member of the Store Team - which includes Sales Advisors, Department Managers, Store Managers, Visual Merchandisers, Assistant Store Managers, and other roles in larger stores - you'll contribute to fostering an inspiring and welcoming atmosphere. You'll also have the chance to engage with the larger Area Team to exchange insights and drive overall success. By developing genuine connections with customers, you help them confidently express their personal style while making fashion accessible and sustainable.

Candidate Profile

• Prior experience in customer service within fashion, retail, or closely related sectors.
• A passion for fashion combined with dedication to delivering exceptional in-store experiences that promote products and boost sales.
• Ability to thrive in dynamic, cooperative team settings.
• Strong communication skills, creativity, eagerness to learn, and an interest in engaging with store technology.
• Flexibility and a proactive attitude.

Additional Information

• This opportunity is a full-time role located at the Raipur city centre store.
• The position reports directly to the Department Manager.
