Role Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Offline Store Sales Representative to enhance our retail team. The ideal candidate should be customer-focused and committed to delivering an outstanding in-store shopping experience, assisting customers with their selections, and contributing towards meeting sales goals.
Primary Responsibilities
- Ensure the store maintains its visual merchandising standards, including ironing clothes, organizing hangers, and aligning racks and fixtures.
- Welcome customers warmly and provide detailed product information to ensure an enjoyable shopping visit.
- Actively drive sales by achieving set targets and encouraging product upselling.
- Keep store displays attractive and support inventory stocking processes.
- Accurately handle sales transactions, returns, and exchanges.
