Job Overview
Shree Lakshmi Chemicals is seeking an energetic and target-oriented Telesales Executive based in Bengaluru. The role involves actively converting prospective leads into confirmed sales while fostering strong customer relationships to contribute to business expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to both cold prospects and warm leads, pitching products/services tailored to customer requirements and successfully closing sales deals.
- Consistently achieve or surpass assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets to support company growth metrics.
- Accurately document and maintain customer information, call details, and transactional data within the company CRM system.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries about products, pricing, and services while managing complaints professionally to uphold the company's reputation.
- Continuously update oneself with knowledge on new product developments, service updates, and market trends to effectively resolve customer queries.
