Role Overview

Zaxbys is looking for a Restaurant Utility Worker to help keep the restaurant in clean, safe, and working order. This role focuses on day-to-day cleaning, deeper cleaning tasks, and routine upkeep of the building and equipment.

What You’ll Do

  • Complete all training required by Zax LLC.
  • Help maintain a clean, safe, and well-kept restaurant environment.
  • Carry out both scheduled and unscheduled cleaning and basic maintenance tasks.
  • Clean and perform preventative upkeep on restaurant equipment on a regular basis.
  • Check equipment by inspecting, operating, or testing it to identify problems.
  • Handle minor lighting repairs.
  • Perform deep cleaning duties, including pressure washing both inside and outside the location.
  • Read and follow equipment manuals, work orders, safety procedures, and operating instructions.
  • Regularly inspect the grounds, plumbing, electrical fixtures, outlets, kitchen equipment, and building for preventive maintenance needs.
  • Make basic repairs when needed.
  • Maintain clear, accurate, and up-to-date maintenance records.

Requirements
