Duties
- Carry clean dishes, cutlery, and related service items to dining or serving stations and prepare tables for guests.
- Load and move buspans and trays as needed.
- Refill condiments and other table or service-area supplies.
- Portion foods and wrap items for service.
- Assist customers at counters or buffet lines.
- Clean and sanitize kitchen areas, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage spaces, appliances, and equipment.
- Dispose of kitchen waste and garbage.
- Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors.
