About the Role

RealNZ is seeking enthusiastic individuals to be part of a team dedicated to providing unforgettable experiences to guests from around the globe. In the role of Reservations Specialist, you will serve as the friendly and knowledgeable contact for both customers and trade partners, managing bookings for a variety of unique travel adventures.

Responsibilities

You will handle incoming calls and emails professionally and promptly, overseeing reservations with accuracy and promoting sales efforts while ensuring every guest interaction reflects the warm hospitality RealNZ is known for.

Required Experience and Skills

Minimum of one year of experience managing reservations through online platforms, phone, and email within the tourism sector
Familiarity with sales software such as FareHarbor
Strong verbal and written communication abilities
Good numerical skills
Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Teams, Word, Outlook, and Excel
Demonstrated excellence in customer service

Location: Queenstown, Otago, New Zealand
Guaranteed minimum 60 hours of work per fortnight
Permanent full-time position
Hourly wage: $28.25 NZD
