Research Assistant

About the Role

This Research Associate position involves performing market research focused on consumer behavior and brand insights. Candidates with an MBA or a graduate/post-graduate degree in Psychology are highly preferred. Fluency in both written and spoken English and Arabic is essential. The role centers around organizing and conducting focus groups, interpreting collected data, producing comprehensive reports and presentations, and providing strategic advice to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to grasp their business goals and research needs.
• Design research tools including questionnaires and moderator guides.
• Conduct focus group sessions in both English and Arabic languages.
• Translate and transcribe collected data and analyze insights.
• Compile detailed reports and deliver presentations of findings to clients.
• Oversee the quality and smooth execution of fieldwork activities.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a graduate degree or MBA with a specialization in Psychology.
• Excellent command of English and Arabic, both oral and written.
• Strong passion for research, consumer insights, and brand dynamics.
• Highly self-motivated, attentive to details, and proactive in approach.
• Technologically adept, well-organized, and capable of managing deadlines efficiently.
