Key Responsibilities

- Keep abreast of industry trends, economic developments, and market conditions to provide informed guidance.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve recruitment targets and sustain momentum.
Candidate Profile
- Proficiency in English is mandatory.
- Interest and enthusiasm for financial markets and industry dynamics.
- Analytical aptitude to effectively match candidates with job requirements.
- Self-driven and able to excel in a dynamic, high-energy workplace.
- Availability for a full-time position during weekdays at our Prishtine office.
