About the Role
The Recruiting Coordinator position within Amazon University's Talent Acquisition team plays a crucial role in managing the full candidate experience. This individual will handle scheduling, candidate communication, data entry, and travel logistics, significantly impacting the early career talent's interview journey. They act as the primary liaison for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure an excellent on-site interview experience by serving as the main contact for candidates and facilitating smooth interview scheduling.
- Accurately input and maintain candidate information in Amazon's databases and grant appropriate access to team members.
- Manage complex calendars and coordinate both internal and external meetings effectively.
- Handle multiple tasks such as documentation, follow-ups, and preparation to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience in recruiting, coordination, administration, logistics, HR, or similar roles.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Proficient with basic web-based tools like Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and SharePoint.
Preferred Qualifications
- Educational background in Human Resources or related disciplines.
- Experience operating in a fast-paced, dynamic, or international work environment.
- Familiarity with technical tracking systems such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Compensation Details
- Nashville, TN: Hourly wage between 19 and 33 USD.
- Seattle, WA: Hourly wage between 21 and 37 USD.
