About the Role
The Recruiting Coordinator role within Amazon's University Talent Acquisition team is vital in overseeing the full candidate lifecycle. This includes managing scheduling, enhancing the candidate experience, handling data management, and arranging travel. Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate a smooth and positive interview day for on-site candidates by acting as their main point of contact and ensuring interview schedules run seamlessly.
- Maintain and update candidate information within Amazon's database, guaranteeing relevant stakeholders have access to the necessary data.
- Efficiently coordinate complex calendars and schedule meetings with both internal and external parties.
- Handle multiple concurrent tasks such as documentation, follow-up, and preparation, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met promptly.
Qualifications
- Minimum of one year experience in recruiting, coordination, administration, logistics, HR, or related fields.
- Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent.
- Proficient with common web-based tools including Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Word, and SharePoint.
Preferred Experience
- Educational background in HR or closely related disciplines.
- Exposure to fast-paced, dynamic, or global work environments.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or technical tracking software.

Compensation and Benefits
Compensation includes a base salary within specified hourly ranges depending on location, sign-on bonuses, and restricted stock units.
