Qualifications and Experience

  • Witness environmental monitoring and inspection checkpoints such as surface and coating inspections, dry film thickness measurements, adhesion and holiday tests, as well as repair inspections.
  • Verify storage, handling, and application of painting/coating materials align with manufacturer recommendations and project guidelines.
  • Monitor contractor adherence to quality standards for protective coatings applied onshore and offshore.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive inspection records, reports, and quality documentation per project quality management systems.
  • Identify and document quality issues and non-conformities, supporting corrective and preventive action plans.
  • Engage in site audits, surveillance, and quality assessments as required.
  • Promote compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards throughout all coating inspection activities.
