Main Duties

• Manage all aspects of sourcing, planning, quoting, scheduling, and ordering input materials.
• Develop and sustain strong relationships with suppliers.
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding project timelines and deadlines, ensuring all commitments are met.
• Conduct supplier assessment audits.
• Provide prompt and accurate quotes to relevant teams.
• Track daily material shortages and develop action plans to address them.
• Serve as the primary liaison for suppliers.
• Drive company profitability by implementing initiatives and projects that reduce the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).
• Support internal customers as needed.
• Perform additional related duties as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
• Minimum of three years' experience in a comparable procurement role.
• Strong analytical, quantitative reasoning, problem-solving, creativity, and strategic planning skills.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, with Epicor being advantageous.
• Excellent communication abilities paired with sound business judgment.
• Capability to prioritize tasks and perform effectively under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
