Power BI Developer

Role Summary

Tech Mahindra is seeking a Power BI Developer who can interpret business needs and build clear, accurate, and easy-to-use reports and dashboards across different systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect reporting needs from the client and convert them into workable dashboard and report requirements.
• Design and build Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Bring together data from multiple sources and turn it into useful business insights.
• Develop and maintain data models as well as DAX-based calculations.
• Make sure reports are precise, efficient, and user friendly.
• Support existing reports by maintaining, updating, and improving them as needed.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service.
• Working knowledge of DAX, Power Query, and data modeling concepts.
• Basic to advanced SQL capability.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into reporting solutions.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Exposure to Azure or similar data platforms.
• Familiarity with ETL processes and data integration.

Eligibility

Candidates with a B.Tech or B.E. in any specialization can apply.
