Role Overview
This position is for an Engineering Transformation & AI Enablement Lead focused on accelerating AI adoption within engineering teams. The role centers on practical use of GitHub Copilot, AI-assisted software development, developer productivity improvement, and the implementation of engineering best practices.
Key Focus Areas
- Apply strong hands-on knowledge of GitHub Copilot and related AI-assisted engineering tools.
- Build and support frameworks that improve developer productivity and engineering effectiveness.
- Lead AI adoption efforts across account development PODs.
- Conduct training, coaching, and enablement programs to help teams adopt AI-driven workflows.
- Define productivity baselines and set up measurable improvement models for engineering teams.
